2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of services.
- Maintain communication and cooperate with our team in a timely manner.
- Ensure any third-party tools or services required for the project are available and functional.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments are due as per the payment schedule outlined in the contract or proposal.

6. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, designs, or intellectual property created as part of the services remain the property of SEOAge Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd until full payment is made. Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights for those materials will be transferred to the client, as outlined in the contract.
- The client agrees to grant SEOAge Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd a limited, non-exclusive license to use their brand name, trademarks, and materials for promotional purposes.
7. Service Delivery and Timelines
- SEOAge Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd will make reasonable efforts to meet project deadlines and milestones. However, timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, such as client delays or unforeseen technical issues.
- We do not guarantee specific results (such as ranking improvements, traffic increases, etc.) due to the dynamic nature of the digital marketing landscape.
8. Limitation of Liability
- SEOAge Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use or inability to use our services.
- We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, that result from delays, errors, or any failure in delivering the service.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. However, termination will not entitle the client to any refund as per our
